Logo Set-Up Fee & Artwork Requirements

A one-off logo set-up fee of £15 applies for each new logo design.
This fee covers the preparation and digitising of your logo for embroidery.

✔️ This is a one-time payment per logo, provided the logo size remains the same.
✔️ If you reorder the same logo at the same size in the future, no additional set-up fee will be charged.

Artwork Requirements

For the best embroidery results, your logo must be supplied in one of the following formats:

• Preferred: Vector-based PDF

• Alternatively: High-resolution PNG with a transparent background

Please ensure all artwork is clear and high quality. Low-resolution images or screenshots may not be suitable for embroidery and could require further artwork adjustments.

*** Please Note: Prices include embroidery up to 15,000 stitches. Designs requiring more than 15,000 stitches may incur an additional charge. A £15 digitising/setup fee applies to new logos and designs and is non-refundable.
